This Privacy Policy describes the documented ways Shirt Customs collects and manages information through newsletter signup forms and messages sent to us. It applies when you choose to use either feature.
Newsletter signup
When a signup form is presented, the invitation may read: “Join the Shirt Customs list for apparel print methods, artwork and production guides.” The form asks for your email address and requires you to accept the consent statement: “I agree to receive email updates from Shirt Customs.”
The signup feature stores your email address, a duplicate-check hash, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database.
The site also uses temporary anti-spam rate records based on hashed network identifiers, with periodic cleanup. This does not mean that hosting systems or other infrastructure never record Internet Protocol addresses.
Signup collection is enabled for possible future updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe functions require separate configuration and may not currently be available. We do not promise a particular sending frequency.
Contact messages
If you email Shirt Customs, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, and any attachments you send. Please avoid including information that is not needed for your request.
Record access and retention
Authorized site administrators can view, export, and remove newsletter signup records. These records also integrate with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
Newsletter records remain in the site database until an authorized administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.
Your choices
You can request access to or removal of your newsletter signup record by emailing contact@shirtcustoms.com. Include the email address used for signup so the relevant record can be identified. You may also use this address for questions about the practices described on this page.
Links to other websites
Shirt Customs may link to websites operated by other parties. Those websites maintain their own privacy information and practices. Review the applicable privacy notice before submitting information to a linked site.
